Free Bing Webmaster Tools Dashboard

Free Bing Webmaster Tools Dashboard
next to your Google data

A free Bing Webmaster Tools dashboard: clicks, impressions, CTR and position from Bing, your top queries and pages, crawl errors, sitemaps and URL submission on one screen. It reads the Bing Webmaster Tools API with your own key.

A Bing Webmaster Tools dashboard next to Google Search Console

This Bing Webmaster Tools dashboard puts what Bing reports about your site on one screen: search performance, top queries and pages, the crawl log, crawl issues and sitemaps. Bing Webmaster Tools is the Bing search console, and its own interface spreads that over half a dozen reports. Here it sits next to your Search Console data, with the same layout, so the two are easy to compare.

📈 Search performance
  • Clicks, impressions, CTR and average position
  • Daily chart, previous period as a dashed line
  • Changes only when Bing has the whole previous period
  • Ranges end at Bing's newest day, not at today
🔍 Queries and pages
  • Top queries and pages from Bing's weekly reports
  • Change in clicks next to each row
  • Position weighted by impressions
  • Copy or download as CSV
🕷 Crawl and index
  • Pages in Bing's index and inbound links
  • Crawled pages and crawl errors in the range
  • HTTP answers: 2xx, redirects, 4xx, 5xx, robots.txt blocks
  • Crawl issues by URL
📤 Sitemaps and submission
  • Sitemaps with status, URL count and last crawl
  • Submit URLs within your daily Bing quota
  • Only addresses on the selected site
  • Nothing is sent until you click
🏆 Winners and losers
  • Queries that climbed or fell against the period before
  • By position, clicks or impressions
  • Position only with 5 impressions on both sides
  • Content decay: pages losing clicks against 3 months ago
🍎 Opportunities
  • Low-hanging fruits at position 5 to 25
  • Queries whose CTR is below a benchmark curve
  • The curve comes from Google studies, since Microsoft publishes none for Bing
🔎 Drilldown
  • ▸ on a query shows the pages Bing lists for it
  • ▸ on a page shows its queries
  • Same weeks as the table
  • Bing is only asked when you click
🔑 Your key, your data
  • The API key stays in your browser
  • Requests go through Lumina's proxy to Microsoft
  • The proxy stores neither key nor data
  • Delete the key in Settings and it stops
🧭 What Bing's API doesn't have
  • No country or device breakdown
  • Queries and pages per week, not per day
  • No API for the AI Performance report (Copilot citations)
  • Data starts where Bing's history starts

Bing Webmaster Tools dashboard FAQ

How do I get a Bing Webmaster Tools API key?+
Sign in at bing.com/webmasters, open Settings (the gear icon) and then API Access. Generate the key there and paste it into Lumina's settings under Bing Webmaster Tools. Bing gives each user one key, and it works for every site verified in your account.
How do I add and verify my site in Bing Webmaster Tools?+
The quickest way is the import from Google Search Console: Bing takes over the sites you have verified there. You can also verify with an XML file, a meta tag or a DNS record. Only verified sites show up in this dashboard.
How is Bing Webmaster Tools different from Google Search Console?+
Clicks, impressions and CTR mean the same thing, but they arrive differently. Bing's API sends traffic per day, while queries and pages come in weekly blocks, and it has no country or device breakdown. Positions come as weekly averages, so this dashboard weights them by impressions.
Why do the numbers end a few days ago?+
Bing publishes traffic per day and queries per week, both with a delay. The dashboard ends every range at Bing's newest day or week instead of today, so a range is never padded with days Bing hasn't counted yet.
Does it show Copilot citations from the AI Performance report?+
No. Microsoft added the AI Performance report to Bing Webmaster Tools in February 2026 as a public preview, but there's no API for it yet, only the export inside Bing. Bing's traffic figures have included its chat answers since March 2023, so those clicks are in the totals here.
Is my API key safe?+
The key stays in your browser's local storage. Bing's API doesn't accept requests straight from a web page, so each request goes through Lumina's proxy, which passes the key to Microsoft and stores neither the key nor your data. Delete the key in Settings and the dashboard stops.
Can I submit URLs to Bing from here?+
Yes, in the Submit URLs card, up to the daily quota Bing shows for your site. Only addresses on the selected site are sent. For large sites or frequent changes, Microsoft recommends IndexNow.
Why is my site missing from the list?+
The dashboard lists only the sites verified in your Bing account. If yours is missing or not verified there yet, add or verify it in Bing Webmaster Tools and reload.

Pair it with Google Search Console

Bing and Google side by side: open the GSC dashboard for the same site, then ask AI what to do next.
